Founded 2024
From a single vocal booth to four acoustically tuned rooms.
What started as a one-room project studio in 2018 has grown into the most-booked independent recording facility in Bayelsa State. Along the way, we've engineered hundreds of records, signed and developed homegrown talent, and built a label arm that distributes to every major streaming platform.
Our north star hasn't changed: treat every session like the artist's most important one. Because to them, it is.

Founder & CEO
Keme Micheal
Keme Micheal is the founder and CEO of KM Studios — an entrepreneur, visionary producer and cultural architect building one of West Africa's most ambitious independent recording houses. A restless creative with an engineer's ear and a founder's discipline, she has spent the last decade shaping records, launching artists and turning a single vocal booth into a multi-room facility that competes on a global standard.
Beyond the console, Keme leads KM Records — mentoring emerging talent, overseeing A&R, and championing African sound on international stages. Her work is defined by an unshakable belief that African artists deserve world-class rooms, honest feedback and business infrastructure that matches their ambition. Warm, exacting and endlessly generous with her time, she is the heartbeat of every session that passes through KM Studios.
